New from Billy Crockett “NEGATIVE SPACE”
“Negative Space is so PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE! So LOUD, despite being so empty! So PRESENT even though being nothing but absense of anything.” - BB
“Spectacular new song! A fresh idea thoroughly written and produced with such perfect slippery mystery. The growl from that Upright Bass is so gnarly.” - DW

Watch & Listen to Negative Space
Behind the Song: Being a child of the 60s, Twilight Zone was, of course, my favorite zone. I was always ready to cross over "into another dimension." At church, I heard “the earth was void and darkness was upon the face of the deep.” And I thought now this is cool and scary—what a change from all that togetherness and belonging. Along about then, I ran away from home. I was five. When I got to the parking lot of the Tom Thumb grocery store in Richardson, Texas, I realized I didn’t know anybody. And I was getting hungry. So, here's a song called “Negative Space.” I guess there’s nothing like “nothing" to reveal “something” you need and love.
